We take an individual approach to all of our sports performance athletes. Our initial assessment and your personal goals make the blueprint for your training. Stabilization, Single Leg Strength, Movement efficiency and speed are the fundamentals to all of our programs. With over 10 years of experience our coaching staff has proven results with some of the top athletes in the NFL, MLB, NCAA, USTA.



At CTP we approach Personal Training with the same mindset we do with our professional athletes. We apply the same fundamentals of strength training, Stabilization, Posture positions and movement patterns into all of our 1 on 1 training sessions. Using inspiration and connection while uniting through teaching, Mina has found a passion for teaching yoga. Yoga is an essential tool to improve strength, flexibility and balance while utilizing meditation and breath work in sequence with the physical body. Not only is Yoga a tool for the physical body but for the mind as well.
